We understand that obtaining a visa is an essential part of international travel for many attendees. To help streamline your visa application process, ISLH offers Visa Invitation Letters for registered participants of ISLH 2025.
Steps to Receive a Visa Invitation Letter
- Register and Pay: Ensure you are fully registered for ISLH 2025, and your registration fees are paid in full.
- Once you have successfully registered and paid, you can access your ISLH account to automatically generate your Visa Invitation Letter under the "Meeting Registration" section.
- Submit Your Visa Application: Proceed to file your visa application with IRCC Canada.
- Email Your Visa Application Details: Once you have successfully filed your visa application, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Visa Application - YOUR NAME.
- Include the Following Information: In the email, provide:
- Your first name (as it appears on your visa application).
- Your last name (as it appears on your visa application).
- Your passport country of issuance (the country that issued your passport).
- Your visa application number
Providing this information will help ensure that our team can communicate the list of visa applicants attending ISLH to IRCC Canada for additional support.

Visa Application Not Approved?
If your visa application is not approved closer to the date of the conference, please email a copy of the denial to [email protected]. ISLH will refund the full registration amount paid.
