Exhibit Hall Hours
It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the Exhibit Hall opens, and stay 30 minutes after it closes.

GES is the official conference exhibit services company. Click here to view the ISLH 2025 service kit. Orders should be submitted to GES with payment before April 15th for best pricing.

Booth Build Height

Exhibit Booth Maximum Build Height: 8ft
Island Booth Maximum Build Height: 12ft (Requests for taller booths require pre-approval from GES)

Audiovisual Information (Workshops and Ancillary Events)

ISLH will provide standard AV equipment in each session room including: laptop, LCD projector, microphone, and projection screen. Any additional AV equpiment will be at your own expense. For pricing please reach out to [email protected].

Staff Registration

Each exhibitor is entitled to a specific number of complimentary Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations. Please note that Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations only grant access to the exhibit hall.
Registration codes will be distributed in early February 2025, if you have not received your waived registration codes by then or have questions on how to use them, please contact [email protected]
