Symposia Checklist

Thank you for hosting a Satellite Symposium at ISLH 2025 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This page contains information regarding your session as well as important requests for information.

What’s Included:

  • 60-minute timeslot
  • Meeting Room
  • Standard A/V equipment including: computer, LCD projector, 3 microphones (podium, head table, Q&A) and projection screen
  • Acknowledgment/advertising of workshop in online program
  • Inclusion in luncheon workshop email blasts
  • Live streaming of workshop to remote attendees and recording/on-demand posting at no additional charge.

Audiovisual Information (Workshops and Ancillary Events)

ISLH will provide standard AV equipment in each session room including computer, LCD projector, 3 microphones (podium, head table, Q&A) and projection screen. Any additional AV will be at your own expense. For pricing please reach out to [email protected].

Branding/Signage

ISLH encourages for Symposium sponsors to bring branded signage in the form of pop-up signs/roll up banners to be displayed in front of your session room however we ask that you limit the quantity of signs to two only, which can be displayed up to 30 minutes leading up to your lunch.

Catering

Please submit your catering request to [email protected] by March 7, 2025. The current menu offered by the Halifax Convention Centre is linked below.

Catering orders for all luncheon workshops should be placed directly through ISLH. ISLH will advise on suggested quantities at the time of order placement based on registration numbers, and will coordinate the order directly with the convention center. Each organization is responsible for all catering costs and will be billed by ISLH after the meeting.

Staff Registration

Each exhibitor is entitled to a specific number of complimentary Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations. Please note that Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations only grant access to the exhibit hall.
