Abstract Submission
Poster Presentation Information
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the conference program. There are two poster sessions this year, however, posters can be hung for the duration of the conference.
POSTER SESSION 1- WEDNESDAY, MAY 7TH (5:15 - 6:45 PM)
POSTER SESSION 2 - THURSDAY, MAY 8TH (5:30 - 7:00 PM)
MOUNT - Wednesday, May 7th at 8:30 AM
REMOVE BY - Thursday, May 8th at 7:15 PM
All posters can be displayed May 7th - May 8th, but authors should only present their poster during their assigned session. All posters should be mounted and removed at the above times. Posters that are not taken down by the above specified time will be discarded.
Please bring your mounting supplies. We recommend bringing thumbtacks / pins to secure your poster to the posterboards.
POSTER SIZEPosters should not exceed 42 inches in width and 40 inches in height.
IN ORDER FOR YOUR ABSTRACT TO BE PUBLISHED, AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE AND PRESENT AT THE POSTER DURING THE ASSIGNED PRESENTATION SLOT.
