This workshop will include 4 case presentations, each highlighting an area that can be problematic to those laboratories that perform special coagulation testing. The topics for discussion include differentiating platelet and coagulation defects, testing in special situations of factor VIII replacement therapy, ADAMTS 13 inhibitor testing, and the pitfalls of protein S testing.
