Abstract Submission

Speakers are required to check-in at the Speaker Ready Room 24 hours prior to their session. Speakers should arrive at the assigned session room at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session to introduce themselves to the session chair.

PowerPoint presentations should be in 16:9 wide format.

SPEAKER READY ROOM

The Speaker Ready Room will be available to all oral presenters to preview and edit presentations, if necessary. The Speaker Ready Room is located in Salon H (3rd Floor). The hours are as follows:

Thursday, May 11: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday, May 12: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday, May 13: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
