Poster Presentation Information
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the conference program. There are two poster sessions this year. Please see the hang and removal times below.
POSTER SESSION 1- THURSDAY, MAY 12 (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
Poster Hang Time: anytime after 3:00 PM
Poster Removal Time: must be down by 7:15 PM
POSTER SESSION 2 - FRIDAY, MAY 13 (10:45 AM- 11:45 AM)
Poster Hang Time: anytime after 8:00 AM
Poster Removal Time: must be down by 12:00 PM
Please note that printed posters must be no larger than 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Posters must be hung by tape (provided by conference).
Poster Printing Service - € 50
The convention center is offering a poster printing service. If you wish to print your poster through the convention center, please follow the below instructions. Posters are made of mat paper, 115 gr.1. Send your email address, Name and Surname to the following email address: [email protected] and indicate in the subject of the email: "Poster Printing Service - Name/Surname".
2. You will receive a Username and a Password to get access to a link to proceed with the payment. Posters are € 50 each.
3. Send the pdf file of the poster to the following email address: [email protected] Specify the printing size in the email (standard size 90 x 120 cm).
4. Pick up your poster at the MiCo staff office (level 1) on Thursday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or Friday from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
