Poster Presentation Information
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the conference program. There are two poster sessions this year. Please see the mounting and removal times below. Posters that are not taken down by the specified time will be discarded.
POSTER SESSION 1- THURSDAY, MAY 10 (5:30 - 7:00 PM)
Mount: Thursday after 12:00 PM
Remove: Thursday by 7:30 PM
POSTER SESSION 2 - FRIDAY, MAY 11 (4:00 - 5:00 PM)
Mount: Friday after 12:00 PM
Remove : Friday by 5:30 PM
POSTER SIZE
Posters must be no larger than A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait style. Adhesive strips will be provided to hang your posters.
Poster Printing Service
The convention center is offering a poster printing service. If you wish to print your poster through the convention center, please follow the below instructions. Digital printing on 160gr glossy photo paper.A1 (594x841mm). €17,00 / unit ex VAT
A0 (841x1189mm) €25,00 / unit ex VAT

2. Email your poster file to [email protected] by April 26.
3. Pick up your poster at the staff office (level 1) on Thursday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or Friday from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
