SYMPOSIUM NOTEBOOK ($8,000)

There is no better exposure than the conference notebook, which will be put into the hands of every conference attendee. The sponsor’s logo will be printed on the notebook along with the ISLH logo.

CONFERENCE MOBILE APP ($8,000)

Sponsor the official ISLH Conference Mobile App. Your company's splash page graphic will appear on the app everytime someone opens it. Contact us for more details.

NON EXHIBITING SATELLITE LUNCHEON WORKSHOP ($20,000)

We are offering companies the opportunity to host a satellite workshop at the ISLH annual meeting. Once approved, satellite workshops will be assigned a specific date and time slot. Cost does not include catering or speaker costs. Workshops are included as part of both the Platinum and Premium sponsorship levels.

CONFERENCE BANQUET ($15,000)

The Conference Banquet is a substantial marketing opportunity offered during the meeting. The sponsor of this event receives recognition on all the ISLH meeting promotional material including website, notebooks, tabletops and signage used during the event.

CONFERENCE WIFI ($10,000)

Attendees will connect to complimentary wifi provided by your company. Conference signage will include a “ISLH wifi brought to you by...” message with your company logo.

COFFEE BREAK ($5,000/break)

Coffee breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall to increase traffic. Sponsorship includes signage during the break and acknowledgement in the program.

HOTEL KEYCARDS ($5,000)

Increase your company's exposure by having your company logo and design in the hands of all of the attendees staying at the host hotel.

TRAINEE LOUNGE ($5,000)

Trainees are invited to visit the Trainee Lounge to meet with colleagues and recharge with complimentary refreshments. Sponsorship includes acknowledgement on the website and conference mobile app.

LANYARDS ($3,000)

Your corporate logo or company name will be prominent on each lanyard. This is one of the highest levels of exposure your company can have at the symposium.

TRAVEL AWARDEE ($2,500)

Sponsor a Trainee Travel Awardee or Berend Houwen Travel Awardee. Awardees receive up to $2,500 in travel reimbursement to attend the conference. For more information about the award requirements, please click here.

REGISTRATION DESK HANDOUTS ($1,000)

Your handout will be displayed on the conference registration desk for attendees to access.
