TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of Physicians, Laboratory Directors, Laboratory Managers, Medical Technologists, Residents involved in the care of patients with Laboratory Hematology including Pathology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Medical Technology.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
· Define new technological developments in laboratory hematology testing
· Implement technological advances in the routine hematology laboratory
· Describe the latest diagnostics capabilities and directions in cellular analysis and flow cytometry
· Identify new ways to improve laboratory diagnosis in Hemostasis and Molecular Pathology

1. Go to CME University at: www.cmeuniversity.com and register or login
2. Once logged in, click on “Find Post-test/Evaluation by Course” at the top of the page
3. Type in “12283” in the box, and hit enter
4. Click on the activity title
5. Complete the online evaluation form and obtain your CME/CE certificate to download and/or print for your files.

Upon completion of the online posttest and evaluation form, you will have immediate access to a certificate of attendance to print or save for your files. You can save your certificate by selecting the “Save” option on the print screen.
