The Full registration includes all Scientific Sessions, Syllabus, Exhibits, Coffee Breaks, Industry Sponsored Workshops, one ticket for the Opening Reception on Monday and one ticket for the Poster Reception on Tuesday. Tickets for the Closing Banquet on Thursday are available for a nominal extra fee (135 USD), with guest tickets available for 160 USD.

BREAKFAST WITH THE EXPERTS

Each breakfast session will be offered twice. Once on Tuesday May 12th and once on Wednesday May 13th. Breakfast sessions are concurrent and registrants may only attend one each day. Attendance at a breakfast requires conference registration as well as a breakfast session registration fee. Breakfast registration fees are 40 USD if registered before April 1st, 2009 and 60 USD for people registering after April 1st, 2009. Space is limited so please register early.
