Instructions for the Online Morphololgy Quiz
ISLH in conjunction with UKNEQAS (H) are delighted to provide you an online morphology quiz prepared by Michelle Brereton and John Burthem. The quiz will be available online before and on site at Las Vegas from now until the morphology session. There are two sets of quick answer small film cases and three quick answer larger images to view.
To review UK NEQAS Haematology images :
1. Go to http://demo.slidepath.com/dsb44
2. Register by clicking “New User”
3. Enter first name, surname, email address and your activation key.
4. Your Activation key is “ISLHG09”. Click Submit
5. Enter in a Username, Password and confirm Password.
6. Once in you will be directed to a ISLH Workshop folder.
7. Click on the folder and you will be directed to the quiz folders.
8. Click onto the Icon folder for each selection.
9. Attempt to answer the Quiz Questionnaire for each (click onto ANSWER CASE on the top of the menu bar).
PLEASE NOTE ALL USERS DETAILS ARE CONFIDENTIAL - ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE ANONYMISED - THE PRESENTERS WILL NOT KNOW PERSONAL DETAILS.
If you cannot access the cases on-line before the meeting you will be able to view them at the Stand in the exhibit hall.
